Graham's past tours with Dream On: 2004 2003 Graham has a wide repertoire encompassing the traditional folk and fairy tales, and legends of North West, Central Southern and Eastern Europe; as well as an ever expanding collection of stories, legends and creation myths gathered on his travels. He has told stories and/or given workshops all over Britain and in Europe, Australia, El Salvador, Cuba, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and most recently, Israel and Palestine. He can shift the mood from spine-chilling horror stories for children
and adults to delightful participatory tales for small children, like
"The Three Bears' Rap", which has them all singing, chanting
and gesturing. In many cases, Graham's visits with Dream On have inspired further learning
and experimentation. Ten year old Kim, from Markham College, Lima, Peru,
even sent Graham a letter offering him a story for his repertoire. In The British School of Rio de Janeiro, Graham gave his special residency program. Approximately 877 students from 3 to 12 years old were imbued with the magic of storytelling and had the opportunity to practise their own skills throughout the residency, culminating in a series of Grand Jamborees, where selected students told stories to the school community. The Graham Intensive Experience Residency. Following his successful 2004 South American tour Graham is hard at work preparing a full programme for his Storytelling Café. Storytelling Café takes up one week of every month for him as it tours to five regular venues. On his return to England his organisation "The Traditional Arts Team" received a large grant to extend their work so Graham is busy setting up educational programmes and festivals.
